Maintenance and care of entire campus which includes: Bishop Drumm Care center, Mcauley Terrace (independent living), Martina Place (assisted living) 2 rental houses, grounds and a convent for our sisters.

Duties Include:

Preventative maintenance log sheets: battery backup lights (monthly and yearly replacement of batteries, weekly eye wash stations

generator weekly checks, water temp checks weekly, roof top units quarterly, chiller, extinguisher checks monthly, fire doors monthly, door alarms and exit doors weekly as well as monthly fire drills.

Setting up Inspections on generator, sprinkler systems, fire panel, elevator, boilers, drop down doors, vehicles. Also set up repairs with vendors for our equipment. As well as an annual life safety inspection with fire marshal on all 3 buildings. Worked with 4 maintenance techs which I supervised. 2 at Bishop Drumm, 1 at Mcauley Terrace and 1 at Martina place. Also did payroll which included on-call per pay period and scheduling.

Maintaining Preventive Maintenance Logs for daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities, these include the following:

Load and no load test for generator, code alert for entry door, eye wash station, filters and condensers’, emergency/exit lights, elevator checks, temperature check on refrigerator/ freezer in main kitchen as well as the serving kitchens on all floors. Also included is a daily check of all reported maintenance issues from the R A's and/ or residents.
