• Over a decade of full-time Project Management experience specifically in Automotive, managing the supplier base - overseeing a wide range of projects.

• Many years of experience managing automotive projects and database solutions for multiple international locations within OEMs and their supply chain to improve process work flow. Year-Long Masters Thesis on “Stress in the Workplace” measuring gender and cultural influences utilizing GM blue and white collar automotive employees.
Appointed Supervisor of Project Management for 5 Project Managers in automotive and cross-industry while at the Collective LLC, a Detroit boutique sized website development start-up.
Launched automotive website start-up CustomE in the late 90s to serve the e- commerce and website development needs of mid-size Detroit automotive industry. Developed innovative four phase web methodology to easily provide structure, delivery success along with buy-in/support for clients new to e-commerce. Awarded the 1999 Future 50 of Greater Detroit Award from the Detroit Chamber of Commerce for our work and featured in February 2000 edition of US AutoScene.
Managed General Motors Engineering Standards Worldwide for IHS Engineering along with six other projects while working at GM onsite for IHS, Inc. as part of a 5 million dollar GMIO agreement. Was re-hired after 9/11 and agreement ended between IHS & GM to work in the same exact GM department within Product 3
Development/IS&S Engineering to scope manage and execute GM’s centralized Voice Database Management system.
Generated new automotive business with webinar launch to the west coast automotive supplier community introducing expertise in TS16949 compliance, Green Belt, Six Sigma and other solutions needed.
Delivered automotive knowledge and strategic working alliances from Detroit including Quality Assurance Director Joe Bransky, and the Automotive Industry Action Group’s Program Director, Morris Brown who recommended me as his replacement when he left his Program Director position at AIAG.
