• Strong relationship building as an executive with extensive consultative management relationship training coursework and “hands on” relationship building - both on the job and through years of executive training while employed with Accenture, Fortune 500 Companies and California Manufacturing Technology consulting.

• Full understanding of quality assurance needs for Automotive OEMS and the supplier manufacturing community.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Automotive international safety and compliance needs working many years on ISO and Quality Assurance Engineering standards projects facilitating these processes to enhance automotive safety.

• Ability to grasp and effectively communicate improvement diagnostics mixed with OEM requirements to improve manufacturers work flow to operate more efficiently and profitably.

• Effectively mitigating risks and communicating small risks/constrictions within supplier operations and effectively managing corrective action needed to deliver on time, on budget and within OEM quality standards.

• Over a decade of full-time Project Management experience specifically in Automotive, managing the supplier base - overseeing a wide range of projects.

• Specific expertise in TS16949, Green Belt and Six Sigma along with other business process improvement diagnostics and improvement training, knowledge and understanding

• Many years of experience managing automotive projects and database solutions for multiple international locations within OEMs and their supply chain to improve process work flow. Departments include: IT (IS&S), Engineering, Product Development, Training, Manufacturing, Logistics, Powertrain, Truck and Bus, and Research Design & Development.

• Good IT Project Management expertise ranging from scoping and delivering initial statement of work through planning and executing project plans, managing workforce and ensuring projects are delivered within budget, scope and timeframe.

• International experience working with diverse range of project teams - easily adapting and working well with a variety of people, places and cultures.

• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills within the Automotive structure and culture - both large and medium sized Automotive organizations.

Year-Long Masters Thesis on “Stress in the Workplace” measuring gender and cultural influences utilizing GM blue and white collar automotive employees.

Appointed Supervisor of Project Management for 5 Project Managers in automotive and cross-industry while at the Collective LLC, a Detroit boutique sized website development start-up.

Launched automotive website start-up CustomE in the late 90s to serve the e- commerce and website development needs of mid-size Detroit automotive industry. Developed innovative four phase web methodology to easily provide structure, delivery success along with buy-in/support for clients new to e-commerce. Awarded the 1999 Future 50 of Greater Detroit Award from the Detroit Chamber of Commerce for our work and featured in February 2000 edition of US AutoScene.

Managed General Motors Engineering Standards Worldwide for IHS Engineering along with six other projects while working at GM onsite for IHS, Inc. as part of a 5 million dollar GMIO agreement. Was re-hired after 9/11 and agreement ended between IHS & GM to work in the same exact GM department within Product 3

Development/IS&S Engineering to scope manage and execute GM’s centralized Voice Database Management system.

Generated new automotive business with webinar launch to the west coast automotive supplier community introducing expertise in TS16949 compliance, Green Belt, Six Sigma and other solutions needed.

Delivered automotive knowledge and strategic working alliances from Detroit including Quality Assurance Director Joe Bransky, and the Automotive Industry Action Group’s Program Director, Morris Brown who recommended me as his replacement when he left his Program Director position at AIAG.

Successfully launched and expanded the Pals Around the World project and books with endorsements from educators, the IVCLA.org, the Consulate, French Embassy and Children International.

• Created, developed, published and copyrighted PALS AROUND THE WORLD educational project and books. Secured Pals Ambassadors to help launch project and educate disadvantaged youth in all public schools and All-Stars After-School programs. Goal to expand to Europe with next book on Germany in 2017. Will provide digital access to all schools internationally in 2017.
