Responsible for companywide facility metrics reporting for North America Sungard datacenters

Schedule all PMs and most Break-Fix maintenance windows, maintained ticketing and associated documentation for internal and external auditing

Coordinated with engineering firm and electrical contractors during the design and implementation stages of a hitching post back-up power redundancy project

Work closely with vendors to determine best course of action and to negotiate the best possible price for SunGard
