The call center prevailed in an attempt by UCWA to represent it. I educated all employees concerning recent UCWA elections elsewhere. I compared initial contracts negotiated at other facilities to our facilities Performance Management program average increase. Employees could clearly see that aligning themselves with a labor union wasn’t in their best economic interest.
