Responsible for all aspects of estimating including bidding. Develop computerized take-offs, estimates and bids.

Negotiating contracts and executing change orders.

Coordination of all job phases with owner, inspectors, and general contractors.

Manage and supervise field personnel, overseeing and inspecting all projects under contract through completion of project.

Worked closely with city and county inspectors, insuring strict adherence to city, county and related government codes. Solicit and secure contracts for municipal and commercial projects throughout Arizona and the Western United States.
