nServed as Director of Operations

nResponsible for complete day to day operations of over 60 crude oil trucks. Managed up to six different geographic hauling areas simultaneously.

nSupervised the daily dispatch team, coordinated maintenance requirements, and assisted the safety department in ensuring all FMCSA, DOT, and OSHA regulatory statutes were implemented.

nGrew the company from 24 trucks to 65 trucks using an owner operator model.
