JOB RESPONSIBILITES
COAL & COKE ROUTE OPERATION
Coal Handling
Co-coordinating with workers related to coal crushing, coal moisture and maintaining as per requirement.
Monitoring proper maintaining of coal in bunker.
Confirm coal blending and material federate in weigh feeders.
Continuous monitoring of stamp charging system and maintaining the pressure based on the coal making process.
Observation of Daily Report
(i)Monitoring the record downtimes of machines in a logbook.
(ii)Check logbooks& Reports to the concerned for corrective action.
(iii)Declaration of Daily Maintenance time based on the pushing sequence.
(iv)Check staff &work men Availability.
(v)Maintaining proper records for availability of machinery, history records and machine specifications.
Coke Handling
(i)Maintaining proper moisture in coke and flow of coke in conveyor belt.
(ii)Taking necessary action in handling of coke conveyor system.
(iii)Proper size maintaining of coke after cutting as per requirement.
(iv)Continuous monitoring of primary and secondary screen.

Project Title:”car elevator and positionar”
Team Size: 4 (Four Members).
Description: project involves an innovative idea in which the high power hydraulic jack is used to lift and rotate the car.
It is done by fixing the hydraulic jack rigidly to the chassis of the vehicle at the point where the center of gravity is acting. In order to make the project economical, hand operated pump is used to power the jack.
The highlight of our project is that the jack is permanently fixed to the vehicle and hence can use anywhere and anytime.
ADVANTAGES:
Space required to turn the vehicle is reduced.
Can be used in show rooms to illustrate the vehicle.
It eliminates the use of manual jack.
Fuel consumption is reduced.
