Transformed department from a three crew, five day work week into a four crew, seven day work week to improve customer satisfaction and ensure timely delivery schedule.

Successfully oversaw the installment of two new machines to improve daily capacity of shipments by 25%.

Successfully managed 80 salaried and hourly employees.

Improved daily output and capacity to 50 year high levels through use of continuous improvement.

Set plant records for quality (scrap reduction) to become the benchmark for the Uniroyal/BF Goodrich process (1.44% scrap rate at start of assignment, finished with a .36).

Set records for machine efficiency to BF Goodrich Benchmark standards.

Oversaw the successful shut down of plant operations that included setting records in efficiency and quality after the announcement of the plant closing.

Successfully managed 65 salaried and hourly employees.
