•Keep work area clean
•Cut ribbon (tinned copper wire)
•Cut solar cells with a dicing saw, solder wire to solar cells, solder cells together into strings, lay out strings in the proper order for creating panels and solder connections (leads) for termination into junction box
•Place in laminator, operate laminator, cool down process and cut ACP (backsheet of solar panel)
•Cut frame and attach to completed solar panel, attaching junction box
•Clean up and visual inspection of solar panel before shipping
•Cut and prepare pallet or boxes for shipments within USA and internationally
•Test materials running Instron testing equipment and software for both bonding (peeling) and tensile strength (ASTM testing), use formulas for determining label information and attach labels to back of panel, test different materials for bonding purposes, etc.
•Everything involved in producing a solar panel from start to finish, and all peripheral required input and production as well
