Highlights

Clinical Research Coordinator (WIRB): Member of a three-year clinical study on water births. Built new relationships with four Midwives, Family Birthing Center and L&D Managers, Nursing Educator and Director for Women’s Services. Established a process for gathering qualified data to meet research criteria. Set quarterly meetings, provide minutes and provide update to senior management.
Patient Satisfaction Coordinator: Created a tracking method to gather weekly satisfaction surveys from hospital patients on a weekly basis. Notified Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) on any adverse responses and acknowledged kudos for staff and department employees.
