To establish a career in engineering where I can demonstrate the learning outcomes of the Mechanical Engineering program of the Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP), a program accredited by the US-based outcomes-oriented ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology), Engineering Accreditation Commission.
Design Project: Garbage Shredder – a design of Garbage Shredder by incorporating the topics learned from machine design for small communities or businesses for their recycling benefits. Also, to reduce the harmful environmental impacts. As a member of the group I participated all meetings with regards in making and fulfilling this project.
Research: Efficiency of Compressed air against driven automobiles using Computational Fluids Dynamics (CFD) – this research aims to lessen the fuel consumption of an automobile in the Philippines, as a member of the group, I participated all meetings and brainstorming with regards in fulfilling this research and process the CFD to analyze the data and make the conclusion of our study.
Design Project: Power Plant Design of a 15 MW capacity in Los, banos, Laguna – the objective is to provide power that will sustain the annual increase of peak load demands of the Luzon power grid. We have three choices of power plant, the coal-fired power plant, geothermal power plant and diesel power plant. As a member of the group, I design the coal-fired power plant.
