Role & Job Description

Serving Private service with its include of Food & Beverage ( making preparation of Appetizer, soup, Main Courses and dessert, preparation for making Cocktail, serving Wine & Champagne).

Coordinate with all departments in general order food,beverage or equipment utilities that involves of Purchasing, Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Cashier, Food & Beverage Service.

Bears a full and comprehensive knowledge of the hotel that includes all department services and outlets.

Is a continual source of help, assistance and information to all guests

Organizing daily Guest’s and inform to the leader if they have a special occasions.

A problem solver for handling complains and to ensures the guest satisfaction.

Handling and in charge day to day operation of bar outlets and ensuring our guest are provided with immaculate service and the best cocktail experiences.

Handling bar administrative included month end beverage inventory.
