FUEL TANKS LIFTING TROLLEY WHICH IS USED TO MOVE FUEL TANK IN ASSEMBLY LINE.
Achieved saving time 28sec/vehicle, $120/day and zero risk.
Designed the model of the trolley and made a prototype and Involved in the basis of manufacturing process.
Assembled and welded the parts using the gas welding treatment.
Further involved in the painting process.
ACADEMIC PROJECT
ELECTRIC POWER GENERATION USING TWO-WHEELER SILENCER.
Achieved storing 9v energy and Increased the battery life and storage.
Worked effectively and innovatively by saving the cost of 0.90c/mile.
Involved in making a prototype for a generator to produce a small amount of power using exhaust from the silencer.
Implemented and designed successfully Non-renewable energy resource system through vehicle silencer to power ac load lamps.
RE-GENERATIVE BRAKING SYSTEM.
The purpose of the project was to storing energy in the battery when the vehicle decelerated.
Analyzed torque and adjusted to optimize performance.
Increases overall efficiency of the vehicle up to 30%.
