Company manufactures of Pressure Die Casting and Sheet Metal parts, sub-assemblies and assemblies catering to various industries such as Auto-mobile engineering, Construction, Decorative, electrical accessories and Machine tools.

Customers of the company are Mahindra & Mahindra, Bajaj, Hero, Honda, Yamaha etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Control production planning and production activity.

-Manpower Deployment in order to achieve daily production target.

-Maintain documents related production from Supervisor and Manager level.

-Maintenance of CNC, VMC and HMC Machines.

-Supervising the work of junior staff.

Main Project

Name : - Design and Development of “Lathe Tool Dynamometer”

Duration : - 1 Year

Role :-Team Leader

In this project, a turning dynamometer that can measure dynamic fo-ces by using strain gauges has been designed and developed. The developed dyna-mometer is connected to a display unit.As the tool comes incontact with workpiece the various forces developed are captured and transformed into numerical form system.

The dynamometer used in this project is a 500kg force 2-force comp-onent system. In this project forces for the M.S workpiece and H.S.S tool combina-tion have been noted down. The forces on the material with variation in speed are studied. Graphs are drawn on how these forces vary due to variation in speed.

Mini Project

Name : - “Assembly and Stress Analysis of Pulley Block by using CATIA

and ANSYS

Duration :- 1 Month

In this project, a assembly of pulley block is developed by using CATIA and applied different forces at different points to analyze the stress produced in pu-lley block before it developed in actual prototype by using ANSYS.

INDUSTRIAL TRAINING

Company :-Central Institute of Tool Design Hyderabad.

Duration :-30 Days

The training provided the basic knowledge of CNC machines and fundamentals of industry. It also provided Practical knowledge about cutting operations like Milling, Drilling, Threading, Tapping, Boring, Reaming etc.
