Initiated all new customer credit applications.

Directed customer service to set a new account up for billing once all approvals had been received.

Set up the account from a finance perspective in SAP to capture all applicable accruals.

Travelled to sister company location to train their employees on SAP systems, general customer account information, and Pharmaceutical industry knowledge.

Assisted in writing a return product agreement for Amerisource Bergen. The model eventually became the back bone of all Ranbaxy return product agreements. Estimated savings of $1M yearly.

Assisted IT in the development, review, and testing of a new SAP feature marrying SAP with our EDI feed for cash application. This resulted in speedier cash application processing. Prior to this, the EDI was printed and applied manually.

Assisted IT in the development of a new SAP feature making monthly reporting easier to pull out of SAP in a more audit friendly manner. This also reduced the time it took to obtain and configure monthly reports, narrowing the time needed to run monthly reports by 80%.

Received employee of the quarter for my work with IT in development of key SAP features.

Initiated and performed valuable credit limit adjustments based on future sales of new product launches. Blockbuster products such Simvastatin (Zocor), Valacyclovir (Valtrex), Pravastatin (Pravachol), Atorvastatin (Lipitor), Amlodipine-Atorvastatin (Caduet), Valsartan (Diovan), and Imatinib Mesylate

(Gleevec). Most of which were first time generic releases and had a very high demand at the wholesale level.

Launch sales day 1 for Atorvastatin was over $170M, and $446M after 90 days.

Launch sales day 1 for Imatinib Mesylate was over $148M, and $310M after 90 days.
