Manage current inventory of valves, positioners, switches, and small inserts for 2 locations using the ERP System and order more product based on settings manually added to the ERP system.

Notify customers of any delays due to weather, derailments or any other problem that may arise.

Forecast how far railcars are away from our customers.

Expedite all railcars in a shutdown situation.

Correct any problem trips in the E-Tracker system to ensure the reports are correct.

Bill and divert railcars to our customers as needed.

Work with Cargill Headquarters to implement a new tracing tool (Deployment) that will increase the overall performance of the rail fleet by decreasing the total transit time to and from our customers.

Have weekly meetings with Upper Management to discuss the performance of the rail fleet and to make changes as needed.
