oFaxed all the medications to the proper pharmacy that were due for refills
oEntered all new medications into Alma that came into the facility also kept the logs in the medication book up-to-date and put away in the proper area.
oDouble checked and disposed of any medications that has been discontinued and logged it accordingly.
As a MAT my duties are to get to know my residents carefully, reading the MARs, and giving the
correct medications and dosages as directed by the physicians. I also get daily weights and vital signs. I assist in bathing, grooming, linen changes, transfers as needed, keeping rooms clean and odor free;
empty trash, help in dining area with meals, drinks, and rolling silverware. I am responsible for my
residents’ vitals before each meal and looking at the MARs frequently.

Greeting patients, family members, and to assist them with the hospital transition.
