To maintain Quality of preform by processing according quality Assurance Laboratory as Q.A. to Analysis Preform Acetaldehyde Level, Preform Intrinsic Viscosity,Preform Dimensions, Neck Finish, Intrinsic Viscosity Of Raw Material,Final Preform Visual Quality Control, Daily Scrap Monitoring, Measurement of produced performs, resin sample Collection. Online machine Quality Control inspection, Handling Quality issues, Corrective action, Random inspection of produced boxes before Releasing for Dispatch,Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Compliance/Analysis for Preforms.
