Daily Activities Report preparation, Handing & Taking over of assignments, having command on handling and maintaining “HUSKY” Injection Molding Machines. Carried out reading of machine parameters on every two hours. Perform Visual defects that may affect appearance and performance as follows Pin hole in the gate point. Crystalline ring Around gate Point, Crystallinity at gate,pitting at the gate, Stringing at the gate,Splay marks, short shot,parting line flash in the thread area, lip flash

To maintain Quality of preform by processing according quality Assurance Laboratory as Q.A. to Analysis Preform Acetaldehyde Level, Preform Intrinsic Viscosity,Preform Dimensions, Neck Finish, Intrinsic Viscosity Of Raw Material,Final Preform Visual Quality Control, Daily Scrap Monitoring, Measurement of produced performs, resin sample Collection. Online machine Quality Control inspection, Handling Quality issues, Corrective action, Random inspection of produced boxes before Releasing for Dispatch,Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Compliance/Analysis for Preforms. Checking of all packing material at incoming stage, inspection at in-process & final stage.
