• 2nd quarter 2004, we planned and implemented a major conversion from Windows 98 peer network to Windows 2003 Server/Exchange and workstation upgrades to XP Pro as well as implemented a MITEL VOIP solution at BT Services in Greenville, SC. This Implementation allowed the users to access email and make local phone calls from remote locations as if they were at their own desks.

• 3rd quarter 2003 started a Windows 98 to Windows 2000 Pro/MS Exchange/Outlook conversion for Shealy Electrical Wholesalers for 5 different Office/Warehouse locations, which ended 2nd quarter 2004. We upgraded Servers and backed up and reimaged workstations at local sites. We also implemented a Comprehensive Security Program involving Symantec Corporate Antivirus, Firewalls and Terminal Services.

• 2nd /3rd quarter 2003 we have implemented and successfully completed a major sub-contract to IBM/RSS for a 6-month system board replacement and management project, which ended June 2003. We would plan and execute a System board replacement Strategy at several Major IBM Customer sites in Michigan, Wisconsin, Missouri, Washington, DC and Puerto Rico. Our job was to identify and replace system boards with substandard capacitors at the customer site. We would go to the site with 5 man teams and systematically and unobtrusively as possible replace the defective boards.
