Consultant / Project Manager

Responsible for projects, quantitative and qualitative research studies, data analysis, and strategic planning for the Facilities Management and Real Estate Department, including implementing a new software that manages over 4,000,000 square feet of office and manufacturing space, tracks the locations and technology resources of over 3,500 human resources in seven facilities throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin, and manages over 1,500 employee and technology moves annually.

Core team member responsible for researching, analyzing, creating, and documenting a ten year strategic plan to ensure facilities and real estate were available to meet the needs of the projected growth in human resources and manufacturing capacity.

Developed a new Enterprise application that automated tasks such as creating User IDs, granting access to directories and managing data security.
