Apex. Managed Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance program for Manheim division of Cox Enterprises' Cox Automotive. Dramatically reduced PCI scope and risk by implementing an entirely new PCI compliant IT infrastructure to handle 72 payment channels. Implemented cloud services, virtual desktop infrastucture (VDI), point-to-point encryption (P2PE), Cisco I3 Secure Pause telephony process, iFrame web technology, Avaya Verint DPA and Semafone filtering. Managed the archival card holder data purges across 37 business units. Instituted new manual and automated data flows to reduce PCI scope. Centralized payment methods across 72 locations.
