Position: QA/QC Engineer
It is one of very few Indian Constructions Companies possessing Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Skills and having presence in all sector of industry be it Petroleum, Petrochemical,etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and inspect the materials from the warehouse.
Check daily Welders log and maintaining the welder’s history records.
Check fit up, Internal & external alignment of pipe V-groove, weld metals thickness etc.
Review and execute Stress Analysis of weld metals, welding, radiography film and final acceptances of the pipe.
Coordinate the Positive Materials Identification of the materials, weld metal and base metals.
Check Storage of Welding Consumables, weld joint preparations etc.
Coordinate with construction, testing group, and QC department in the preparation of Hydro test.
Witnessing welders and welding operator qualification test scrutinize WPS, PQR, and WQT.
Clearance of loop files in NDT.
Monitoring welder’s performance & report to minimize the repair percentage.
