As senior project/program manager the primary goal of the project was to roll out a new enhanced welcome amenity across all hotel brands on a global basis (AMERICA’s, Europe, China, Middle-East, Africa, Australia and the Caribbean)
Project managed the successful design, delivery and launch of the program, including but not limited to, business requirements, timing plans, marketing/delivery channel development utilizing IHG’s project delivery framework, inclusive of hotel and regional and global delivery processes.
Managed project schedules, status meetings and milestones across all regions, continually reviewing performance against committed schedules
Managed the monthly reporting processes, project governance and project delivery in collaboration with the PMO.
Co-ordinated meetings and liaised with 3rd party vendors on the creation and delivery of materials and voucher creative for all hotels globally

Manage several production releases of applications for various initiatives which included collaboration across multiple organizations in defining scope and budget, establishing a charter, ROI and the management of shared resource allocations amongst different project groups. Used Clarity and TFS to manage resources, project forecasts and perform financial reporting on project budget on an ongoing basis
Manage a portfolio of applications for our Studios and Network Operations divisions which included management of local and off shore resources to reduce development costs. Also managed vendor based applications such as ScheduALL that required regular upgrades on an ongoing basis for both local desktop as well as Citrix environments. Collaboration with vendors, clients, QA staff and application support teams form an integral part of the upgrade process.
Conducted presentations regarding the applications under my management to our larger enterprise applications group fostering an awareness amongst other project teams and facilitating the opportunity for cross team knowledge and code sharing.
