Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of court administration are operating effectively and efficiently, allowing the judge to devote their time to the administration of justice. Responsibilities include assisting in the supervision and management of Tribal Court staff, supervise the DV Counselling for Perpetrators Program, preparing the Court’s budget, as well as updating and researching court codes, overseeing court reports, seeking, writing, and applying for grants, maintaining reports, implementing approved grants, and ensuring court documents are processed and filed effectively.

I also during this time supervised the visiting area of the institution in which I coordinated visits for offenders and their families and friends. This would entail the investigation of potential visitors and their backgrounds and potential for suitability for visits in a correctional institution.
