Final Year Project

My final year project was basically “Development of Chemical Vapour Deposition Setup on Laboratary Scale”.The project aim was to develop a laboratory scale chemical vapor deposition (CVD) setup. A process that has been developed during the last 25 years and its business is growing globally. Present practice is to buildout a split type tube furnace as a laboratory scale chemical vapor deposition setup. Many patents were studied in literature review being followed to design a tube furnace. A single zone split type tube furnace with a working temperature of is about 10000C. The reaction chamber is of quartz tube. Through this project efforts were made to establish strong researches.
