Responsibilities included: daily communication with deployed sites to coordinate information flow (design, reviews, system upgrades, briefings, and meeting minutes); participation in daily system status reviews with Program Managers (PM) and other Site Coordinators to identify mission-critical areas requiring immediate resolution; participation in briefings, design reviews, Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRC) meetings., Failure Review Boards, and Configuration Control Boards affecting the deployed systems; preparing daily operational report to government customer including specifics of system, personnel, and operational status; identifying and coordinating field personnel skill requirements; coordinating replacement of field personnel (both short-term and long-term assignments); identifying and coordinating resolution of site deficiencies (technical and administrative); identifying and coordinating resolution of Human Resource site issues; initiating and coordinating required travel documentation necessary to deploy personnel; coordinating needs of all QRC efforts affecting sites; monitoring and coordinating site’s logistical activities (inventories, Designated Spares List, Special List of Equipment, Bonded Stock); participating and coordinating liaison between sites and Configuration Management (CM) group’s efforts to collect, validate, and update site inventories. Used Microsoft Outlook package (Excel, Word) to keep inventories accurate on a routine basis and reported to upper management as required.

Logistics Specialist/Field Service Representative, March 1989 - October 1995

Provided logistics and administrative support both in-plant and at deployed military sites. Responsibilities included direct system maintenance support; preparing and coordinating shipments of classified material with contractor for customer; coordinating and expediting material requisitions, procurements and vendor repair actions; providing logistic support for in-house Special Projects (CC, repairs, inventory, and hardware control); coordinating acquisition of security clearances to field locations; preparing weekly status reports on system repairs and operational status; providing interface with Project Managers, hardware and software engineers, technicians and system users; and maintaining equipment accountability and system historical records. Read blueprints for in-house manufactured hardware to insure parts were proper measurements. Wrote REL-100 failure reports for improper deliverables.

Assistant Government Property Administrator, June 1983 - March 1989

Initiated records and maintained accountability for all customer furnished equipment (GFE). Responsibilities included receiving, identifying, labeling, storing, issuing and transferring GFE in accordance with government regulations, contract provisions and company procedures; developing and maintaining data files relative to the GFE. Daily used Excel and Word to report accurate information pertaining to GFE/GFP inventory as required. Also, used Q&A database for spreadsheet information for reporting purposes.
