The Arthritis Society – N.S. Division

Independently recruited, coordinated, and trained sixty volunteers between the ages of fifteen and sixty-five for the signature Walk to Fight Arthritis annual fundraiser event. Appointed as volunteer lead during event day activities and provided direction, training, and guidance to all volunteer recruits, participants, and staff members in attendance.

Analyzed evidence-based research on low-impact physical activities that positively correlated with notable improvements in the range of motion of individuals living with various forms of arthritis and/or chronic pain.
