1) Arresting vibration issue (Transfer line from Furnace outlet pipe to the Column found to vibrate because of inadequate support structures.

2) Mechanical Wear of the Pipe shoe & crack in the pipe (found by die penetration test) due to improper support of 2 phase pipe.

Performed Spring Supports Inspections & de-gagging during pre-commissioning of plant.

Performed project proposals & Estimations.

Responsible for Stress analysis of all the critical lines Using CEASAR II 6.1

Responsible for Pipe supports (Standard support review & compiling, Spring’s & Special supports)

Preparation of data sheets, purchase request & review of vendor drawings for Spring Supports, Rigid rod, Bellows etc….
