. Conduct real-time actions that ensure safe, reliable and economic operation of the 15 kV electrical system, beginning at the substation breaker and ending at the electric meter of the retail customer, by monitoring and responding to system disturbances involving distribution equipment and taking appropriate steps to restore service to customers and portions of the electrical system affected by the disturbance. One thing I feel I’m exceptional at, and sets me apart from other leaders, is an understanding of the differences in people and knowing what will and will not work for them. I am very good at being whatever the room needs and wearing different hats. I am an experienced leader with great problem solving skills. I am also very good at getting everyone to believe and buy in.
