Was brought on for 6-month contract as dedicated Talent Sourcer and Full Life Cycle Recruiter for Contract, Temp-to-Hire and Direct Hire roles. Emphasis on Automotive engineering with contracts at GM, Ford, Chrysler and VW, but also support BASF and Pfizer roles across all skill sets and Business Units. Helped Tti retain an important client contract by increasing the speed and quality of candidates being submitted to that client. Filled an average of 10-12 roles per month in an environment where all candidates were submitted through a tool and were subject to candidate competition from 4-5 additional vendors.

Post-Nissan, Gros (who knew me through Nissan) asked me to join for 3-6 months to help with projects that were under-supported. Came on as a Dedicated Project Manager/Talent Sourcer for company specializing in the Plastics and Consumer Goods Industries. Positions encompass any part of Operations, but primary areas of focus have been Engineering, Sales and R&D/Lab Management in Mid-Senior and Director-Level roles. Key clients supported include Blue Apron, Jarden Home Brands and Life Sciences, and The Bottle Crew. My presence on this team enabled them to expand their sales reach to clients they were previously unable to support. Identified and helped hire 11 full-time regular employees and 3 consultant (aka contract) employees.
