Software: AutoCAD & CADWorx

Piping: 3D modeling of piping layouts, equipment, and supports; prepared plot plan, and piping general arrangement drawings using Xreferences from the 3d model to created plan views and elevations. Extracted isometrics using Isogen, Prepared bill of materials using Cadworxs tools and excel.

Worked as CADWorx administrator for the setting of Isogen and Cadworx using I-configure and Project Manager

Process: updated and designed Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Process and Flow Diagram (PFD), Mechanical drawings, and Material Selection Diagram. Prepared reports from P&IDs to obtain a list of valves, process line, and instruments.

Assist with IT tasks to ensure all computers are installed with all necessary softwares and settings, plus solve minor technical computer difficulties or errors.

Field work: periodically had field trips to walk P&ID’s and isos as per client request. If the isos or P&ID were not matching. I worked along with client operations crew creating as-built drawings as needed.

Texas Tile Manufacturing, LLC. October 2006 – November 2012 Material Handler

Responsible for transporting and offloading raw materials via train across the plant yard using the Rail King

Prepare batches of different raw material to produce tile base.

Upon completion of the material batches, the mix is released from the silo and into the pump for distribution.

Assist in receiving material electronically and physically that was delivered via truck and stored in the warehouse.
