DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts set-up and changeover activities as per production schedule.
Analyze possible physical appearance and dimensional problem of magnet and conduct preventive and corrective action.
Performs adjustment and troubleshooting to ensure the good quality of magnets.
Performs process trouble shooting and coordinates to process technicians any production related issues and implemental solutions.
Responsible in training of the operators or new technician in our area.
Check and monitors the daily condition of machines and reports to shift leader any unusual conditions to ensure that all machines are in good running condition.
Supervise, assist and monitors operators work to meet daily production target consistent with high quality standards.
Check production reports and other documents prepared by operators in our section to verify its veracity.
Check and monitor attendance of operators and conduct machine allocation for operators or reassign if necessary.
Checks and updates QA Daily and summary report in the computer and inform shift leader on models with high rejection.
Responsible in acquiring consumables and raw materials needed in our process.
Check and pre-qualify tooling and jigs for replacement and adjustment.
Performs daily validation of accuracy and checking of calibration stickers of all measuring equipment in our area to ensure accuracy before use.
Conducts daily inventory of magnets in our process area.
Performs other related duties assigned by Shift Leader.
