Key Responsibilities:

Design the different part switch gear such as Bas bar, panel, link etc. using Pro-e software.

After getting drawing from customer, study drawing,2-D drawing preparation, send drawing for laser cutting.

Weight calculation of MS sheet, after it nesting to be done to avoid wastage of MS sheet.

After getting order prepared quotation.

Prepared Inspection report by completing the project.

May 2013 to May 2014 with NRB Bearings Ltd, Thane as Design Engineer

Department- TDC (Technology Development Centre)

Key Responsibilities:

Handled project - design of machines for assembly of Bearings by automation. Which include Selection of material for machine parts, making each and every part in 3 D and then make assembly of each part check whether parts are intersecting or not, after that convert it into 2 D drawing with the help of Pro-e software. After approval from senior send it to vendor for manufacture.

Inspection of received parts.

Selection of required pneumatic cylinder, motor, gear & sensor with the help of catalogue.

After final assembly check whether any problems are there or not, if yes then rectify it and make final assembly.

Final checking and sending it for dispatch.

Project Duration : July 2011 to May 2012

Name of Organization : NRB Bearing-Thane.

Project Description : Reducing Cycle Time of ‘Taper Roller Bearing’ from 18 sec to 12 sec to increase the production.
