Architect Engineering firm contract selections, negotiations and management.

Reviews and approves all specifications, drawings and cost estimates prepared by facility engineering project engineers for consistency, accuracy, conformity and good engineering practices.

Knowledge of all procedures required for the development of specifications, AutoCAD drawings, cost estimates and comprehensive technical and environmental related reports.

reviewing designs of other engineers, coordinating structural designs with other mechanical and specialized engineering disciplines and assisting scale model fabricators.

Knowledge of all building codes and standards applicable to the design and construction industries.

Successfully completed design of beams, columns, vessel supports, pipe racks, conveyors and

slabs on grade. Familiar with seismic design and analysis. Completed torsional analysis of building frames for several large structures.

Performed field layout, surveying, material take offs and ordering, cost reports, estimates

Performed Project Engineering duties for manpower utilization reports, sub-contractor payment requests, coordination of sub-contractor activities and directed excavation and concrete crews.

Projects included roadways, retaining walls, drainage structures, buildings and other various industrial and commercial structures.
