Respective of each firm, manage caseload of approximately 250–800+ files. Utilizing a case management software, prepare necessary pleadings relating to a particular file (Motions to Reset, Cancel and/or Vacate Sale, etc.). Prepare and distribute Sale Packages for clerks for pending foreclosure sales. Obtain Certificates of Title after Foreclosure sale and track for recording information. Calendar Foreclosure Sale dates according to various reporting methods provided. Update CMS and other client systems, i.e. LPS. Prepare bid instructions prior to Foreclosure Sale based on information provided by clients.
