NATURE OF WORK:

To inspect and supervise Works in accordance to plans, design standards and spécifications

Monitoring daily construction progress.

Manpower evaluation for scheduled task.

Interpretation of drawings to construction team.

Coordination with main contractor

Strict and proper implementation of safety standards and ordinance

Experience of nearly four year in the construction of residential type apartment on constructing overhead tank, building wall, laying flooring, laying stair case with Shahabad, elevation work, plastering, plumbing work and waterproofing. There by achieving a high level of success in controlling projects towards quality assurance and within their sanctioned estimates both in time and cost through proven applications of effective leadership and inter-personal communication skills to plan and getting the work done from the workers
