Monitor the application and observance of the sub-contractor Permit To Work system.

Attend VSCC meeting ensuring SIMOP’s and critical activities are well coordinated.

Attend heavy lift activities inspection ensuring all required documentation available, valid and JSA conducted

Provide assistance to Site management during incident investigations

Understand country specific HSE regulations and communicate these requirements to

Monitor the workforce to establish that they have received adequate HSE training and

Objectives of the Position:

To provide professional advice on Health, Safety & Environmental issues and implementation programs.

Participate in the Project audit program.

Conduct/ provide support to incident investigations when required using current investigative tools.

Ensure that Health & Safety hazards are identified and addressed.

Provide support and advice on Occupational health matters.

Key responsibilities:

Analyse / Report on Project statistics and provide improvement initiatives based on analysis.

Provision of HS&E support, advice and guidance to project, contractor(s) and worksite teams regarding the effective implementation of the Contractor HS&E management plan and management system.

Ensuring the Contractor implements an effective hazard management process throughout the project.

Ensuring project and contractor(s) compliance with all applicable legislative requirements and applicable codes, standards and guidance.
