Project: Retail Catalog Automation (Paradigm & M2O)
Managed budget in excess of $3 million for global development and launch of retail catalog automation program that helped client generate higher sales figures, reduce EDI (electronic data interchange) errors and increased catalog performance.
End to end project management involving all aspects of project delivery with a team of 20 engineers.
Increased team productivity by 15% resulting in delivery outcome capacity.

Project/Portfolio manager on multiple engagements under Integration, Architecture and Services group for a $3.5 million multi-year SOW contract for developing highly reliable, low-cost, high-speed messaging solutions for the middleware domain.
Planning / forecasting as well as program management for all projects under the IA&S department. Managed team of 15+ resources.
Collaborated with technical experts and primary vendor (Solace Systems) to develop Proof of Concept (POC) to compare SOLACE with IBM MQ highlighting differences in product capability, pricing, product offerings that eventually leading the sunset of IBM MQ products saving the enterprise on server license costs (OS and Software), network, power, operational manpower costs.
Determined ~$100K in server re-engineering saves for the department in SAN server/licensing costs.
As a Portfolio Manager, I did project planning, resource allocation and monitoring, estimating/budget management and customer relationship management on extended IBM contracts.

Custom Web Development: Led rollout of robust and scalable web based tool for offers delivery for AmEx on behalf of its merchants across the globe. Project was developed using Java, XML, Spring, Akamai Dynamic Site Accelerator for faster content of offers.
Providing issue management support for internal Amex card customers in resolution of offers delivery.
Ensure work is performed according to department guidelines and standard operating procedures with accuracy, responsiveness and customer satisfaction of web offers.
Assisting with the collection and entry of offers data into Microsoft SharePoint system eventually leading to an automated workflow based solution for managing offers content.
