Manager over the Information Systems Department and Site Administrations at the State College PA and Zanesville Ohio facilities of Eclipse Resources.
Managed and mentored a staff of 14 IT Professionals, including Network and Telephony Engineers as well as Help Desk analyst and Supervisors.
With the Accounting team assisted with establishing Sarbanes- Oxley (SOX) policies and procedure for Eclipse Resources as they became public in 2014 achieved 100% compliance during tenure.
Administered and supported 51 mission critical Window Server 2012 r2 using VSphere production servers and peripheral devices to include a NIMBLE storage array and Dell M1000e Server Chassis with ESXi hosts and full time on call service.
Created Local and Wide Area Network equipment to include Cisco (P.o.E) Catalysts switches. Working with Level 3 as the ISP set up VPN connection with multiple sites for Eclipse Resources, to include main production office in Zanesville Ohio.
Implemented from start to finish a new Cisco UC VoIP system removing legacy phone system to create large scale cost savings.
