OPERATION / MAINTENANCE & CHEMICAL CLEANING FOR (RO) REVERSE OSMOSIS/ ULTRA FILTERATION (UF):

Experience in SCADA System and monitor pumping operation.

Ensure that System pressure and Tank Levels are adequate to meet System demand and fire protection.

Response to calls from resident, field crew and other Internal departments regarding water related issues or Problems.

Monitor the security of pump station,ground storage tank and elevated storage tanks.

Inspected leaks around the tank and potential hazard on ground,

Perform routine cleaning and other duties.

Experience in water treatment, waste water treatment, Reverse Osmosis.

Process knowledge in water treatment plant like activated sludge process, sequence bioreactors, moving bed bioreactor.

Experienced in physical and chemical treatments, biological treatment, sedimentation system, filtration systems, and disinfection system and distribution system.

Through experience in filtration techniques such as pressure and rapid sand filter, micro filtration, ultra filtration and experienced in washing of the above mentioned systems.

Experienced in disinfection systems, such as chlorination, ultra violet treatment system.

Experience in thickener, aerobic, filters press, and drying beds.

Filtration equipment handling such as Pressure sand filter, Multimedia Filter

Performing laboratory testing such as PH,TDS,DO, MLSS, SV, chlorine

Maintain PH in all areas by using chemicals like lime & HCL.

Maintain the chemical dosing for lime, dil HCL, SMBS, Antiscalant.

Flush RO & UF membranes with SBS, HCl& Noah.

Doing SDI (silt density index) test.

Shock dose RO & UF membranes with SBS twice a day.

Chemical Cleaning of RO & UF membranes weekly once with HCL for low PH & with Noah for high PH as once through (or) stage wise.

Chemical Cleaning RO & UF membranes monthly once with 2% citric acid & ammonia for low ph, sodium loryl sulphite & Noah for high ph.

Load & un-load RO & UF membrane and performing probe test if required.

Replacing cartridge/guard filters membranes weekly once if required.

Experience in Maintenances of sand filter & ACF.

Experience performing laboratory testing such as PH, CT, TDS, DO, TSS, COD, MLSS, RAS MLSS, SV (sludge volume), SVI (sludge volume index), Chlorine, & submitted to QA/QC, QUALILTY MANAGER
