DKI Direct, a Healthcare Relationship Marketing company, with leading pharmaceutical companies like Roche Pharmaceuticals, Novartis, Sanofi Aventis, GSK as its major clients. The goal of Relationship Marketing programs (RM) is to collect the patient’s condition information by a program enrollment form and provide the clients a way to communicate with patients based on their condition and establish a relationship with the product. DKI specializes in developing RM programs and RM software that can help pharmaceutical companies in marketing their brands.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the business requirements and developed test cases to test the complete functionality of the Applications and Software developed in-house.

Gathered and clarified requirements from Clients, Business Users and Tech Mangers.

Implement Rational TestManager for test scripts and manual testing purposes.
