The goal of Relationship Marketing programs (RM) is to collect the patient’s condition information by a program enrollment form and provide the clients a way to communicate with patients based on their condition and establish a relationship with the product. DKI specializes in developing RM programs and RM software that can help pharmaceutical companies in marketing their brands.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the business requirements and developed test cases to test the complete functionality of the Applications and Software developed in-house.
