Large UK Government Agency: Transformed over 1,300 legacy applications to a mix of public and private cloud, and moved traditional IT to agile DevOps and CloudOps models. Global Oil and Gas Enterprise: Directed the digital transformation in support of a $320M program. Rationalized application portfolio, services, operating model and third party contracts. Directed the organization that transformed, deployed and managed operations for hosting, storage and application infrastructure services globally for an estate of over 24,000 servers, 45 PBs of storage, and 2,400 applications and budgets exceeding $100M. In four years, led hosting, storage, and application services for a program that consolidated 85 worldwide data centers into six regional next generation data centers. Rationalized 6,000 applications to 2,400. Standardized the infrastructure and services globally. Absorbed multiple M&As into the transformation program.

Reduced net operating expenses for platform and shared application services by 67% over 30 months while increasing SLA performance.

Dramatically improved user experience and reduced service cost by achieving a 93% reduction in incidents and service calls within 18 months.

Transformed IT operations to allow for a shift in overall budget allocation from 70% operating and support costs to over 65% allocated for new business-driven technology and services innovation.

Led Product Management organization across all WebMD Health business units. Defined next generation online platform and services, replaced multiple existing platforms, and initiated delivery of increasingly sophisticated consumer and enterprise health related solutions, while increasing operational efficiencies.

Led the initiative to design and deliver a next generation content management and multichannel publishing platform. Delivered first phase ahead of schedule and under budget.

Defined and delivered online Compliance and Persistence product suite targeted for use by Pharmaceutical companies to increase prescription refill rates.

Delivered next generation online Enterprise Health Management Portal for employee health maintenance. Customers included Microsoft, Fidelity Investments, HP, American Airlines and WellPoint.
