Responsible for all accounting functional Department, procedures and transactions including decision-making and all statements processed on a daily, monthly and annual basis. Preparing Accounts Payable to all suppliers and balance them on a monthly basis. Reconciliation of Fixed Assets, Prepaid and Accrued Expenses. Balance and register the Capital Expenditures following the established Company’s procedures and guidance. Posts and/or verify all entries to ledgers, logs, and update in system.

In charge of investigation and approval of Credit Lines based on analysis of Financial Statements, Dun & Bradstreet reports for Puerto Rico, Virgin Island and Caribbean Accounts. Credit Authorization and collection of Accounts Receivables. Collection of past due Accounts, keeping a balance between customers and the Company.

Analysis of monthly closing reports to balance the cash received and the average percent of Receivables. Determine the Credit availability on orders placed.
