Background: PAS provides its members both hard and soft cost savings utilizing a strategic Supplier Network. ●Responsible for all aspects of the project including managing customer relationships, reviewing SOW (outsourced development), testing, and proposing changes to meet product owner and client needs.

●Developed and delivered project plans by reviewing, analyzing and validating the requirements of clients in addition to daily/weekly communications and delivery of both internal and external status reports
