» Develop and implement a universal campaign measurement plan.
»» Lead a results driven team to continually improve our conversion and click-through rates while decreasing bounce rates i.e. overall bounce rate reduction on seasonal campaigns of ~35% and ~15% on homepage. » Collaborated with Online Media Program partners to develop a supplier participation strategy for homepage and seasonal campaigns. With this partnership, we were able to net nearly $3.5mm within our campaigns and over $2mm within our homepage 2015 – 2016.
