I have a good amount of experience with customer service. I've worked a few jobs where I was dealing directly with the customer and customer service was the most important part of that job. So I know how to deal with customers in a polite and respectful and professional manner. I worked at a call center briefly for about 6 months, which is where I gained a lot of my customer service experience. I can truly say that I did enjoy working in that field and that kind of environment. I really liked helping solve their problems and knowing that I helped made a difference in their day.

In charge of assisting the tile setter on the job. Making sure all the tools that were needed for the job were acquired. In charge of applying the grout to the tile joints, measuring the tile and making certain cuts that were needed to complete the job and applying the sealant at the end of the job.

The main purpose was to set up customer on an automated payment schedule to help them stay up to date on their account.
