2014 – Present – Senior Consultant - Pioneer Construction & Development Corp – Fitchburgh, MA. Business Development – Identify strategic business and financial relationships. Provide administrative and operational support for multiple construction projects in the five boroughs of New York. Expedite paperwork, architectural drawings and budget items through planning boards. Identify potential acquisition opportunities of multi-family homes within the five boroughs of New York.

2010 – 2014 – Chairman & CEO Strategic Venture Partners – Venture capital company securing private equity and debt capital for emerging growth and middle market companies. Successfully provided more than $100M of debt and equity financing for middle market companies.

2005 – 2010 – Kainos Partners, LLC - Chief Operating & Chief Financial Officer - Successfully raised over $100M debt and equity for Dunkin Donuts franchise opening more than 100 new stores across the USA in developing markets. Generated over $100M in sales and $15M in EBITDA in less than 5 years. Company was recognized as Developer of the Year and Franchisee of The Year in 2007 and 2008.

2001 -2005 – Accelera Wireless – Chief Operating & Chief Financial Officer – Wireless communications project management firm who successfully raised $20 million of debt and equity. Successfully built communications infrastructure for wireless networks across the United States and Europe. Customers included Lucent Technologies, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, London and Cricket Wireless. Sold company to TYCO Industries.

1995 – 2001 United States Lead Testing – Chief Operating & Chief Financial Officer – Developed national lead based paint testing company with more than 150 franchisees across the United States.

1991- 1995 Cold Spring Harbor Development Associates – Executive Director – Business development and consulting firm provided incubation services to developing companies. Provided $40M of equity and debt capital to 30 companies throughout the United States.

1978-1990 – IBM Corporation – Director of Strategic Planning – Responsibilities include full P&L and Operational responsibilities for Eastern Region. Participated in and successfully arranged for successful acquisition of $1.2B telecommunications company. Implemented cross functioning operational and financial operating procedures throughout entity. Company was eventually sold to Siemens of West Germany.
