Achievements:

Provide successful strategic lead management for the complete tenant fit out at Holly Pond Plaza 4th Floor/Penthouse from design and preconstruction through construction of approximately 14,000 square feet, with a value of 1.5 million dollars (not including FFE) for Orthopaedic Associates of Stamford. This project was delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the entire project from an office on location. I was responsible for all aspects of this project from supervising manpower, ordering all materials for self performed work, developing, monitoring and updating of schedules, monitoring critical milestone dates and controlling all aspects of risk management.

Bid package preparation, bid evaluation and formulation of proposals, and making sure we stood within our budget.

Contract scope reviews, writing and awarding of contracts and subcontracts.

Shop Drawing and Detailing

Invoice review and preparation of owner requisitions, submission of owner change orders, establishment of project estimates, updating cost and direct management of all field staff.

The day-to-day contact between the construction team and the client on all matters pertaining to the project.

Means and Methods related to request for information logs, scope verification, change orders, increase contract amounts and activity durations.

Mobilization of contractors, preparation & filing of permits.

Schedule of Value review and approval. Contractor Requisition approval.

Management of project field office staff, vendors, suppliers, contractors and sub-contractors.

Directing all aspects of Plumbing, Fire Protections, Electrical, HVAC, etc., including but not limited to working on hands when needed.

Developing, updating all aspects of As-builts.
