1984: Completion of General nursing course at the Escola Superior de Saúde Santa Maria,with the final classification of 14 values.

1997: Equivalence as Bachelor in Nursing by The State Secretary for Higher Education Under the no 1 and 4 of art. 10o, according to Decree Law no 480(88, on 23.12, modified by the Decree Law no100/90, on 20 March.

2005: Completed in 29th July 2005, the nursing course, by conferred on it the degree in Nursing, at Escola Superior de Enfermagem do Porto, with the final classification of 14

(fourteen) values (Good).

João. 1992/1999: Rio Tinto Health Center - Nursing primary care and school health. 1999/2007: Fanzeres Family Health Unit - in charge on the vaccination program with annual presentation of the project vaccination on this institution. I was part of the working group that created and post implementation of the principal rules of functioning not only as an assessment. I was also part of the group still in force and the required units of family health and Implementation of the nurse in family.

2003/2007: Arcozelo Health center - in charge of vaccination started computerization of records in sinus vaccine program.

2007/2008: São Miguel Family Health Unit - I collaborated in the elaboration of project, plan of action and implementation of nurse with information family support system to support nursing practice.

2010/2016: Espinho/Gaia Public Health Unit - Planning, Epidemiology and Health Promotion Team.

March of 2011/September 2011: Collaborated with Institute Marques Valle Flor in S. Tome and Principe. I created a query to the nursing newborn supervised local nurses to develop training activities on topics related to nursing care to the newborn aimed at nurses and elaborated draft the home visitation to vulnerable children at risk.
