Chief Executive Officer, ACE Heating Solutions, LLC, Corona, CA November 2014 – Present

Acquired the assets of a $10 million company that was experiencing heavy year-over-year losses. Eliminated six straight years of $1mm plus losses to breakeven in the first year. The company manufactures and sells industrial hot water and boiler systems and distributes internationally.

Acquired assets of Ajax Boiler, Inc. in November 2014 and led extensive turnaround situation. Reduced work force by half. Eliminated unprofitable boiler line. Moved company from Santa Ana to smaller facility in Corona. Restructuring and reevaluating all manufacturing lines for operating and cost efficiency. Engineering new products lines for increased revenue. Revamping admin and accounting function. Directed restructuring of all operating systems.

President, Aline Heat Seal Division/ Promarks Corona, CA 1998 - 2014

The company manufactures and thermal heat seal machinery and vacuum seal equipment and sold directly to Fortune 500 companies and U.S. Government agencies.

Grew sales by over 10x over a 5-year period. Engineered and innovated 9 new products and developed a national sales network and distribution channel. Merged with Promarks in 2013.

Vice President, PGP Industries, Santa Fe Springs, CA. 1992 - 1998

The company refined and manufactured Noble Metal products such as catalyst salts and solutions, Thermocouple wire and Catalyst Gauze.

Responsible for sale, purchasing, hedging and leasing of Platinum group metals and manufactured products. Extensive coordination with product managers, refinery circuits and R&D.

Vice President Supply & Trading, Transworld Oil Division/Sunoco Philadelphia, PA 1979 - 1992

The company was a fully integrated oil refiner with significant downstream distribution and logistics including pipelines, terminals, ocean going vessels and service stations.

Responsible for all crude oil and feedstock supply into multiple refineries. Distribution of products out by pipeline or tankers and barges. Supplied all terminal throughout Eastern Half of U.S. Managed group of traders and schedulers.
